Coordinating Stationery
All in-house collections and fully customized designs come with the option to add coordinating stationery to your suite. Below is a list of on-the-day stationery options and other pieces to add to your suite.
Your customisation options are as outlined in my collection guide and will be designed to keep your chosen colour palette and design proof congruent across your entire suite of stationery.
Even if you do not see an example of your chosen in-house collection in the gallery of on-the-day stationery it will still be designed for you according to the aesthetic of the rest of your stationery.
As with ordering invitations themselves, you will be sent design proofs along every stage of the process and production phase will begin only once you have confirmed your approval of the final design proof.
Save the Date - Flat 5 x 7
Save the date cards are growing in popularity in Ireland- having remained popular in other countries. They are a simplified version of an invitation usually sent one year in advance of the wedding day, with the main invitation suite sent out approximately 5 to 6 months afterwards - or as close to 3 months before the event. Grouping your in-house collection or custom design with chosen fonts on a flat style card finished with a wax seal and dried flower of choice.

Details Card
Ideal for necessary information you need to include about your wedding day - such as surrounding accommodation, travel requirements, dietary information, second day details, a QR Code, a polite request that the wedding is intended as a child-free event, dress code, or any other information you wish to include. An optional extra with most styles - but may be necessary in case of higher volumes of text.
Response Card
Including a response card is the perfect way to keep a traditional aspect to your wedding stationery - giving your guests a taste of the elegance they can expect on the day. Response cards are available with or without an envelope for guests to return their RSVP cards to you in.
Ceremony Booklet
Ceremony booklets are a must for many couples. Pippa Jane has a range of styles to choose from, with double sided cards, to single fold booklets, as well as full 8-16 page booklets - to support both a ceremony outline or Order of Service, as well as a full text version, encompassing multiple internal pages with cover, bound with ribbon of choice in Pippa Jane's signature binding method. Custom sizes on request.
Seating Plans
Designed to be attached to a large board or mirror (a popular aesthetic) table plan seating cards can be purchased to coordinate with the rest of your stationery - each pack includes a card for each table containing a header with table number with list of names for each table, and a central card with the Bride and groom's names or initials/ the words "take your seat" or similar. Generally deemed a necessary part of on-the-day stationery. Each priced individually with no minimum order.
Table Number
Table number cards are an integral part of your on-the-day wedding stationery. Printed double sided, they can be designed to fit into a frame or holder of a chosen size, with the option to add punched holes set with eyelets for strength to tie with ribbon that best suits the rest of your table decor and wedding stationery. Often purchased with seating plans.
Place Cards
A stunning addition to your dining room aesthetic and a special personalised keepsake for guests. Pippa Jane offers name place cards in a variety of styles.
Reserved Seating
During your ceremony you may to reserve the front rows or church pews for bridal party members, family, and groomsmen. If so, personalised reserved seating cards placed on the seats you wish to keep for specific people are an ideal choice to add to your suite of on-the-day stationery.
Menu
4x8 Menu cards for your dining table, beautifully designed to coordinate with your aesthetic and colour palette. These can be individualised menus with names printed on each or as a full menu with all food choices and a "menu" title.
Thank You Cards
Thank you cards can be an important part of your wedding day. They can be part of your day-of stationery, as well as sent to guests as a well wish after the event, or both.
When designed for the day itself they can be a wonderful addition to place settings at the tables, and a great way to circulate your QR code for guests to upload their photos to from the night.
Guestbook and Album
A hand made padded cover to house a landscape A4 spiral bound book containing heavyweight pages for your guests to sign their well wishes. Made to coordinate with the rest of your stationery, a guestbook made by Pippa Jane is a functional and beautiful way to preserve the memories
