6. DEFINITIONS

Client - the individual/legal person who performs an order.
Products and services - and products or service mentioned in the order, to be porvided by the seller, to the customer.
Order - AN electronic document that interferes with the form of communication between the seller and the customer by which the customer expresses his intention to purchase certain products and services and to make their payment.
Seller - PIPPA JANE STATIONERY having the following premises adress of Townlough, Ballina, Co. Tipperary V94T9c2 and email pippajanestationery@gmail.com
Contract - An order confirmed by the seller, whereby the seller agrees to sell and deliver the products and services and the customer agrees to purchases, recieve and make payment for these products and services. Courier - Any person governed by public or private law who is providing fast courier services.
7. SALES POLICY

All information used for the description of the PRODUCTS and/or services available on the site (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) is not a contractual obligation on the part of PIPPA JANE STATIONERY which is exclusively as a presentation. Access, tp perform an ORDER, is allowed to any CLIENT by launching an ORDER on the SITE, the CUSTOMER agrees to the form of communication (e-mail or other form of chat/instant message via social media) by which PIPPA JANE performs its operations on the site.

PIPPA JANE STATIONERY does not at any time, consider an ORDER unconfirmed by PIPPA JANE STATIONERY having the value of a contract.

The CONTRACT is considered to be concluded between the PIPPA JANE STATIONERY and the client at the time of reciept by the CUSTOMER from PIPPA JANE STATIONERY via e-mail of the ORDER confirmation notification. Therefore, the CONTRACT enters into force upon confirmation of the ORDER by PIPPA JANE STATIONERY THe terms and conditions of use can be changed at any time by updating this SITE, making these changes mandatory and effective immediately for all USERS/CUSTOMERS

8. ORDER

The CUSTOMER can perform ORDERS on the SITE by filling in the order form on the CONTACT page and writing directly to pippajanestationery@gmail.com

By completing the order the client consents that all the data provided by it, required by the purchase process, are correct, complete, and true at the time of placing the order.

By completing the ORDER, the CUSTOMER consents that PIPPA JANE STATIONERY contact him, by any means available/agreed by PIPPA JANE STATIONERY in any situation where it is necessary to contact the CUSTOMER.
The seller may cancel the order made by the customer following prior notification to him, without any further obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to clain the other damages in the following cases:
Failure to accept the transaction by issuing bank of the client card in case of online payment.
The data provided by the Client on the Site is incomplete and/or incorrect.
9. PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All prices related to the PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES presented on the SITE are expressed in EURO and do not include VAT. The price can be modified by PIPPA JANE STATIONERY at any time without notice.

PIPPA JANE STATIONERY warns that there are cases when, as a result of SITE failures or errors, the price displayed on the SITE may not be the real one. In these cases PIPPA JANE STATIONERY will inform the CUSTOMER of the correct pressure.
10.METHOD OF DELIVERY

The PRODUCT will be delivered to the customer via National Postal Service An Post, and can be delivered world wide.
PIPPA JANE STATIONERY will ensure proper packaging of PRODUCTS and will ensure the transmission of accompanying documents.
PIPPA JANE STATIONERY will carry out the delivery of the PRODUCTS and the provsion of SERVICES in Ireland and worldwide.
If the CONTRACT cannot be executed due to the PRODUCT not being dippable, PIPPA JANE STATIONERY will inform the CUSTOMER of the situation.
PIPPA JANE STATIONERY can deliver to the CUSTOMER similar PRODUCT with the same price in the sitation where the PRODUCT initially requested is not available, after informing and agreeing with the CUSTOMER.
The CUSTOMER will be issued with atracking number where possible and PIPPA JANE STATIONERY is not responsible for any delays or misplacements caused by postal services.
The delivery is deemed to be fulfilled by PIPPA JANE STATIONERY once the customer recieved the order at the address provided when the order was placed.
11. DELIVERY TERM

Delivery time is approximately 20 business days from getting the final approval of the digital sample.
You will be notified when the parcel has left PIPPA JANE STATIONERY. Transit time depends on the delivery address provided but Nationwide from Ireland is approximately 1 - 2 business days. PIPPA JANE STATIONERY reserves the right to amend the delivery term.

12. PAYMENT METHOD

Upon reciept of the invoive for the ordered products you will be able to pay the invoice using one of the payment methods outlined on the invoice sheet.
PIPPA JANE STATIONERY will issue to the CUSTOMER an invoice for the PRODUCTS and SERVICES to be delivered, the CUSTOMER's obligation is to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force.
The payment of the order is FULLY in advance after obtaining the printing goods (digital proofs) Once payment is confirmed your order is given in the work.
13. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY OF PRODUCTS

Unless it is agreed by PIPPA JANE STATIONERY and a different CUSTOMER, the property on the PRODUCTS will be transferred to the delivery after payment from the CUSTOMER at the location indicated in the ORDER (understanding by delivery - or signing of the reciept of transport document provided by Courier/National postal services.
14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The legislation in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to notify in writing, PIPPA JANE STATIONERY, that he is giving up the purchase, without penalty and without claiming a reason, within 14 business days of recieving the product or conclusion of contract.
If the CUSTOMER asks the person to withdraw from the CONTRACTm if the ORDER is acquited, PIPPA JANE will reimburse the amount within 14 working days of recieving the product or conclusion of contract.
PIPPA JANE STATIONERY will repay the amount after recieving the PRODUCTS sold and checking. After checking the PRODUCTS and if these are in the same condition as dispatch PIPPA JANE STATIONERY will return the amount by bank transfer. Products showing physical changes, blows, shares, scratches, shocks, excessive use and/or unauthorised interventions etc. are not accepted for return. PIPPA JANE will be able to postpone the reimbursement of the product until the product is recieved or until the reciept proves that it has been shipped. Return expenses are incurred by the customer.
The following shall be exempted from the right of withdrawal from the CONTRACT:
-Service contracts, after full delivery of the services, if the exection started with the Client's prior and express consent and after confirming that he has been aware he will lose his right to withdraw after Full execution of the CONTRACT by PIPPA JANE STATIONERY.
- The supply of PRODUCTS made according to the specifications submitted by the CUSTOMER to the individual or customised.
-The supply of digital content which is not delivered on a material medium, if the supply started with the Client's prior express consent and after confirming that he had been made aware that he would lose his right to withdraw. Attention! According to OUG No. 34/2014, art. lit. C, Products made according to the specifications submitted by the consumer or customised cannot be returned. If it is not about customised products they must be returned in the same state with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied him (invoice, etc.) The returned products must be in the same condition as upon reciept: no damage, no defects (except hidden vices and excluding defects already flagged by the customer in correspondence with PIPPA JANE STATIONERY).
15. WARRANTY

The intact reciept of the order is guaranteed by the courier. If it does not reach intact, PIPPA JANE STATIONERY cannot undertake to deliver a new product, as mentioned in the order.

16. USER NOTICES AND INFORMATION
