Pippa Jane works closely with each client to create a truly personalized and seamless experience when customizing your wedding stationery. From start to finish, you’ll receive expert guidance and support in selecting the perfect design elements.
Below is an outline of the process for ordering your dream wedding stationery.
Step by Step
1. REQUEST A PROPOSAL
​Pippa Jane believes that every wedding is as unique as the marriage itself. This is why each couple receives both a tailored design and a quote for their stationery. The first step in the order process is to explore the in-house collections and invitation styles and choose the one that best aligns with your chosen aesthetic and color scheme for your wedding.

2. BOOKING
You can expect to receive an email within a few days of submitting your inquiry, which will outline a comprehensive breakdown of pricing for your semi-customized invitation suite—this is a design based on in-house collections, teamed with elements tailored exactly to your requirements and the aesthetic chosen for your special day.
Fully customized designs work much the same way. We ask that you provide as much description and visual representation of your vision as possible to ensure Pippa Jane can tune into that same vision.
Once you have approved the proposal and submitted a deposit, your stationery order is booked into Pippa Jane's calendar!

3. REVIEW DESIGN PROOF
It is recommended that you order a sample or sample pack with various design options and elements to help you make a final decision for your stationery.
However, with or without a sample pack, a digital version of the design proof will be sent to you within 14 business days of submitting the deposit. You will receive as many rounds of revisions as you need—Pippa Jane's ethos is to work to perfection until every client is completely satisfied and the final design matches the vision you have for your dream stationery. With every revision, you will be sent a new proof or set of proofs reflecting your proposed changes to the design.

4. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Once your approval for the final design and the balance payment for your order have been received, the magic happens! The duration of the production process is between 2 and 6 weeks. Pippa Jane takes pride in completing every piece to handcrafted perfection in the studio. Once completed, your order is sent to you via track-and-trace postal services. You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
Shipping time within Ireland is approximately 1 to 9 business days but can vary internationally.
